Begin by going to the tab for standard 6.1 and adding all of the program courses,

one per row, to column A, under "Courses." You may categorize them if you like or
13
have just one list.

Use the color code below to shade each cell of courses for what year they are delivered.

For each course, determine how each standard is addressed, if at all. Determine

if the standard was introduced (I), Reinforced ( R ), Practiced (P), or Assessed (A).

Insert the I, R, P, or A in the cell that aligns with the standard and the course.

There may be multiple entries in each cell. For example, a standard could be introduced,
28
reinforced, and practicied in a given course. If a particular standard is not addressed
29
in a course leave the cell blank.

Introduced (I): to lead or bring in especially for the first time

Reinforced (R): to strengthen or increase by fresh additions

Practiced (P): carry out or perform (a particular activity, method, or custom) habitually or regularly.

Applied (A): applying the skills in internship/practicum related situations
