This calculation includes new fire protection assets associated with St. Gobain’s extension of public water in the Colonial Ave. area of Litchfield. The projected monthly fee is $36,979. At this stage, we do not anticipate any increase to our permanent rates in 2024. There will be an increase in the QCPAC surcharge %, lilkely in the September or October time frame of 2024, in the amount of about 1.75% or an additional monthly amount for the months of October, November and December of about $609 on top of the $36,979 for a new monthly total of $37,588.
