11	level 1	Three RSC recital appearances each year. One must be solo on a student recital. One could be in a voice dept recital.	Must pass a basic theory test - to include ear training and sight singing, rhythm including eighth notes			No requirement

13	Level 2	Three RSC recital appearances each year. Two must be solo on a student recital. One could be in a voice dept recital.	Must pass a theory test for diploma - to include all 24 keys, ear training, sight-singing, Iding keys on keyboards		Student must perform in at least one Annual Seminar during three year period	No requirement	must complete one year of basic keyboard skills for certificate

15	Level 3	Four RSC recital appearances each year. Two need to be solo on student recitals. Two could be with vocal performance group or dept recital every year. Must present one quarter-recital - 15 minutes of music - once in three-year period.	Must pass a theory test - to include ear training, sight-singing, plus take a diction class	Student must be in vocal performance class.	Student must perform in at least two Annual Seminars during three year period	Attendance in one master class at RSC.	Student must perform at least two pieces from two different periods from the voice curriculum each year. Over the three year period, pieces from all four periods from the curriculum must be performed.	Student must attend two concerts per year and write a review of the concert. One must be at RSC. RSC concert cannot be a general student recital.

17	Level 4	Four RSC recital appearances each year. Two need to be solo on student recitals. Two could be with vocal performance group or dept recital every year. Must present one half-recital - 30 minutes of music - once in three-year period.	Must pass a theory test for diploma - to include ear training, sight-singing. Also demonstrate basic keyboard skills	Student must be in vocal performance class.	Student must perform in at least two Annual Seminars during three year period	Performance in one master class at RSC	Student must perform at least two pieces from two different periods from the voice curriculum each year. Over the three year period, pieces from all four periods from the curriculum must be performed.	Student must attend two concerts per year and write a review on each. One must be at RSC. RSC concert cannot be a general student recital.
