Instructions

1. Make a copy of this spreadsheet (If you haven't already done so) and work on the copy, otherwise you won't be able to edit anything.

2. Enter the jira field names that you require in the first row of the Backlog sheet

3. Select Jira -> Configure Jira from the menu and follow the instructions. You may need to do this twice as you have to authorise the script the first time it runs.

4.By Default the sheet will import all issues of the types specified that are not resolved. If you want to override this to only select certain issues, then enter a comma seperated list in cell B5 e.g. TST-1,TST-2,TST-3

5. Test the script by selecting Jira -> Refresh data now

6. If you want the report to run automatically every 4 hours, then select Jira -> Schedule 4 Hour Automatic Refresh

7. To generate story cards, choose either "Create cards" (for all cards on the current worksheet), or "Create cards from selected rows" (For selected rows on the current worksheet) from the Story Cards menu, and these will be created on the Generate Cards sheet
