With this document we want to provide Arqus Joint Programme developers with guidelines and questionnaire templates that might be useful during the programme development. Please note that not all questions or comments might be relevant for your programme. It very much depends on the programme components you choose and the "level of integration".

Sheet 1aThis table should provide you with guiding questions that should be asked or taken into consideration when you start preparing an Arqus Joint Programme. When you have a concrete plan or a concrete project goal, we suggest to continue with the preparation of the agreement.

Sheet 1bThis table should provide you with a questionnaire which you might want to use to discuss first important topics with your partners. It can be used as a sort of questionnaire to write down your own comments or to compare structures and contents with your partner institutions.

Sheet 2aThis table provides you with guiding questions with regard to the preparation of an agreement. They should help you to ask the right questions from the beginning and to consider issues which will be relevant at different stages of your programme implementation.

Sheet 2bThis table provides you with a questionnaire which you might want to use to discuss the relevant topics for your agreement with your partners. It can also be used as a sort of questionnaire to compare structures, content and procedures with your partner institutions.

Sheet "AJP components wish list"Provides the result of the first questionnaire that was sent out to the Arqus partner institutions. It indicates which of the components are mandatory or "nice to have" for a Joint Programme at the different partner institutions.
