Thanks for your interest in my content planning spreadsheet! I use this very setup to keep track of my blog content for KrissiDriver.com โ€“ it's been a real key to my content organization.

To use this spreadsheet, you'll need to add a copy to your own Google Drive or download it as a Microsoft Excel sheet.

To add to your Google Drive:
Make sure you're signed in. Click "File" above and choose "Make a Copy." You can rename your file and choose where to save it in your own Google Drive.

To download as a Microsoft Excel file:
Click "File" and navigate to the "Download" option. Be sure to choose "Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)" or you won't be able to use the sheet in the way it's presented here.

Once you've made your copy, I recommend you make a copy of the "Blog Content Planner" sheet so you can always have a "clean" template to work from year to year. Click on the ๐Ÿ”ฝ arrow on the tab below and choose "Duplicate." You can change the sheet name by double-clicking on the duplicated sheet if you'd like.
