This class offers a full body workout geared for the "young at heart" and will utilize dumbbells, exercise bands, and leg weights to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Walking will be done in between exercises to improve cardiovascular health. Most exercises can be done in a chair. Must have a Civic Center pass to attend.
