Instructions for Use: This tool is designed for any Brookland community member to request an essential item, food, or service for oneself, or for another person in the community. If you are making a request for assistance, please complete all fields under the "Requester" heading. If you are volunteering to fulfill a request, please complete the fields in the row for that request under the "Volunteer" heading and then call the neighbor you have signed up to assist. Please do not modify or delete any information on this spreadsheet that you have not entered. If you are having any trouble filling out this form, please contact brooklandcivic@yahoo.com for assistance. Important: Requesters should place their request in the row corresponding to a volunteer who may be able to assit them, and then should contact that volunteer. If no volunteer is able to assist you, please move your request to a row that does not have a volunteer on it. Volunteers: You should make a note in the spreadsheet that you are assisting a requester.
