Hello this is Zander Bennett, thanks for taking an interest in my Pokemon Trivia!
2
Whether you are playing by yourself (which is why the answer cells are blocked out, on a road trip with friends, or hosting for League or a gaming club, I hope you have a fun time!
3
These questions are not for the faint of heart, each question set has some questions that relate to the competitive tournament circuit. I'm not saying this to scare anybody away, just know your audience :)
4
5
Resources needed for group play are writing utensils, answer slips to turn into the "host" and my answer sheets for each table. The answer sheets are linked at the bottom of the scoreboard for each set and can be printed off for anybody's use.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
9
-I am a human and make mistakes! I work on these Trivia questions mostly by myself, so if there are errors I am sorry!
10
-Also, some of these questions may no longer be true based on new events that happen after I wrote these questions, those are marked in RED
11
-You definitely can still use these questions, consider saying language like "as of ______"

Instructions for the host:
14
-To edit the scoreboards, make a local copy in your Google account, the formulas will add the math for you. The answers are only blacked out for self-play, clear them if you're hosting!
15
-Rounds 1, 2, and 3 all work the same way, with 3 questions and 3 available wagers (10 points, 8 points, 6 points). Explain to your teams that they get 1 use of each wager per round and that they should choose their wagers based on how confident they are in their answer. Teams are not at risk to lose points until the FInal Jeopardy question, where teams can wager up to 20 points (this is to prevent teams from just going all in and making the rest of the game not actually matter).

-Halftime is a longer questions with multiple answers, often involving a list of things in the correct order. I score to give each team the most correct points in a row. As an example, let's say that they answered 1, 3, 2, 4, 6, 5, 7, 8. Numbers 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 are all still in order, with 3 and 5 in the wrong spot, giving the team 6/8 correct. Halftime usually takes about 10 minutes for the teams to answer/score and is a great time for teams to take bathroom breaks, refill drinks if out, etc.

-The speed round questions I usually call outloud and have people raise their hands for. They are not worth points, usually I give away a booster pack for each correct answer. If you wanted to add them for points, just add a column on your copy of the scoreboard and then grant 2 points for each correct answer.
22
23
-Don't forget each set has a Part 2! Follow the "commented" instructions for each tab. Speed Rounds are not worth points for the team and often are worth booster packs, but feel free to make them just worth pride!
