🎯 What is this?
40
This sheet is a practical tool to evaluate how strong your offer and landing page really are. Based on the frameworks of Alex Hormozi ($100M Offers, Leads, Money Models).
41
It helps you see at a glance where your page is leaving money on the table and which improvements will have the biggest impact.
42
43
🧩 How to use it
44
Open the “Scorecard” tab.
45
Give each item a score from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent), depending on how well that point is represented on your page.
46
Check the “Dashboard” tab.
47
48
You will automatically see:
49
Your total Hormozi Score (how “irresistible” your offer is).
50
Subscores per category (offer, proof, CTA, risk, etc.).
51
The top 3 improvement points with the highest leverage.
52
53
Go to the “Improvement Plan” tab.
54
The three weakest points will automatically appear with space for action, responsible person, and deadline.
55
→ Use this as your “Ship Sheet”: what will you fix this week to capture more conversions?
56
57
🔢 Formula for prioritization
58
The sheet uses the logic:
59
Priority = Weight × (5 – Score)
60
This way, you tackle first the issues that carry the most weight and score the lowest — your real bottlenecks.
61
62
🚀 Why this works
63
Based on Hormozi’s Value Equation:
64
Value = (Dream Outcome × Perceived Likelihood of Success) ÷ (Time + Effort + Risk)
65
Dream Outcome → How big and attractive is the result someone wants?
66
(“Lose 10kg”, “Earn $10k/month”, “Get more clients without stress”)
67
Likelihood of Success → How much trust does the customer have that it will actually work?
68
(Proof, guarantees, reputation, testimonials)
69
Time → How long does it take before they see results?
70
(The faster = the more value)
71
Effort → How much work do they need to do themselves?
72
(The less work = the more value)
73
Risk → What could they lose (money, time, reputation)?
74
(The safer it feels = the more value)
75
76
Each check in this document influences at least one part of this equation.
77
