Sir, very good question. These are the common problems face by the teachers in their classes. Here teachers have to identify the individual difference among the students first and treat them accordingly. As we know every individual is unique and their ability too. So, it is the duty of the class teachers to identify the various category students and individual attention should be paid

Sometimes students hasitate to deal with the students. In that case, teacher must have to apply interactive techniques in class rather than monotonous lecture and appreciate the students reply by asking simple question. It is the duty of the teachers to compel the students to came out from their comfort zone.

To reduce the homesickness of the students the teacher must have to make an environment in college where students can enjoyed a lot beyond normal classes, so that they can feel free to be here in college as well as hostel too.

Some of the 2nd and 4th semester students understands everything easily but they have problem of sentence framing,verb and tense because they are from assamese medium background and now adopting english medium.
It is the most common problem faced by students when they shifted from native language to the English. As it is not possible to provide classes on tense or sentence framing, so intensive reading and writing practice is the only way to get rid of from such burning problems.
