How to Read This Sheet

Each row represents a single SKU. Column filters can be used to sort by size, availability, or category.

Column Definitions

SKU – Internal product identifier. Naming conventions indicate size and category.
Cost – Unit price for the SKU.
Available – Live available quantity. Rows highlighted in red indicate 5 units or less.
Weight – Shipping weight used for fulfillment calculations.
VariantID – Internal system identifier.
LastUpdated – Timestamp of the most recent inventory update.

SKU Naming and Sizing

SKUs beginning with 3_ indicate 3" inch nursery pot plants.
SKUs beginning with 4_ indicate 4" inch nursery pot plants.
SKUs beginning with 6_ indicate 6" inch nursery pot plants.
SKUs beginning with 8_ indicate 8" inch nursery pot plants.
The remainder of the SKU describes the plant type, variation.

Product Grouping

Standard plant inventory appears first.
Accessories, bundles, and air plants are listed toward the bottom of the sheet.

Seasonality and Stock Movement

Inventory is seasonal. Certain SKUs may move in and out of stock throughout the year based on growing cycles and supplier availability. Zero availability does not necessarily indicate discontinuation.
