6 | Visit the Sign-Up Tab (Below) to include your name and contact information for the Special Interest Group (SIG) you are interested in joining. "Joining" means you are open to the SIG leader reaching out to you directly with information about meetups, activities, ideas, etc. related to the applicable SIG. If the "SIG Lead(s) box is highlighted yellow, with no name, you can sign up to be the leader! You are also welcome to develop your own SIG and monitor the document for member interest. |
7 | To create your own SIG, copy + paste the template; develop a name and brief description for the SIG, and include your name and contact information. |
8 | For those who may have special interest opportunities that have potential to become a SIG, please use the PD Communications form to include information that you'd like distributed to our members. You can also use the private facebook group to gauge interest. |
