General formula: 2 packets oatmeal, 2 tbsp nut butter, 3 tbsp honey, small handful of dried fruit, 4-5 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/3 scoop of whey protein

Mountain House and Alpine Aire were both good though more calories per pouch would have been best (mine generally had 600-650 cals/pouch). Only knock against Alpine Aire was fat content was low (5g per pouch) though they were tasty
