My current research focuses on the systematics and evolution of pythonomorph reptiles (especially aigialosaurs and dolichosaurs) and their transition and adaptation to the marine environment. I am particularly interested in the evolution of the functional morphology of anatomical features related to the land-to-sea transition. Before making the switch to evolutionary biology, my research focused on breast cancer treatment and toxicities relating to the cardiac and musculoskeletal systems.
