3
What this is
4
A free, fortnightly budget template designed for Australians on a Centrelink payment cycle.
5
Every 14 days you get paid; every 14 days this template helps you plan, log, and review.
6
7
How to use it
8
1. Open the Setup tab and fill in your payment type, fortnightly amount, and next payday.
9
2. Open the Budget tab and set planned spend per category for one fortnight.
10
3. Open the Bills tab — the fortnightly equivalent and 'due this fortnight?' columns auto-fill.
11
4. Each payday, work the Payday Checklist tab top to bottom.
12
5. Log spending in the Transactions tab — the Actuals tab updates by itself.
13
6. Review and adjust the Goals tab whenever you can.
14
15
What you will not find here
16
• No bank brand names, no provider names — use generic 'Bills account' / 'Savings account' labels.
17
• No real Centrelink payment rates — these change in March and September each year.
18
• No financial advice — this is a planner, not a recommendation.
