ExpensesExternal costsOrganising workDescriptionParticipation Fee
We believe everyone who wants to join the event should be able to do so. Hence we are using the Shared Economy model to organise this event: Instead of a strict fee, we rely on a common effort to make it as good as possible. In this sheet you can see the estimated budget, based on which the suggested participation fee is 75 Euros to cover the time invested in preparing, hosting and harveseting this event. All external costs are covered by the money saved from the Erasmus+ grant. In the Shared Economy, everyone is invited to pay as much as they can. If you pay more than the suggested fee, then you will support somebody who couldn’t afford to be there otherwise. Contact us if you have any questions or would like to learn more.

How to pay?
We trust you to pay us in cash at the venue on the day the event starts. You can pay in Euros or Bulgarian Lev. If you require an invoice, please get in touch with us in advance and we will have it ready for the event. We can also email you a PDF after the event.
