1 · Getting in1.1 — Sign in at crm.hmrdesigns.com with your credentials

2 · Your two test events2.1 — Create TEST event #1: leave a few required fields empty first (watch the “x of 14” counter), then complete them and move it to Qualified

2.2 — Confirm TEST event #1 shows up in HMR Direct with an event ID

2.3 — Create TEST event #2 with a new test client contact + venue; confirm all three land in Direct

3 · Two-way sync3.1 — In the CRM, edit the event’s name or date. The sync to Direct runs automatically — give it up to ~15 min, then verify the change in Direct.

3.2 — In Direct, edit the same event → the CRM follows on the next automatic sync (≈15–20 min).

4 · Pipeline stages4.1 — Drag a test card between stages; note whether it sticks or reverts with an explanation

5 · Email & activities5.1 — Connect your Google account: user menu (your initials, top right) → Email Integrations → Connect Google.

5.2 — From a test event: “Email event” to yourself, reply from your Gmail, confirm the reply appears on the event’s thread

5.3 — Open the Inbox (user menu → Email Inbox), “Log to Record” a message; check it appears on the record and in the Activity Feed.

6 · Overview (preview)6.1 — Overview is live in the top menu (early preview — please don’t make decisions from its figures yet). Open it and, in the designer filter, pick “Marencik, Mal”: do these look like YOUR events? Flag anything attributed to you that isn’t yours.
