Overview of County Tiers for Mortgage Protection Leads

This workbook lists rural and small-town counties across all 50 states, grouped into three categories.
The goal is to identify strong areas for middle-income ($60K–$80K), modest-home-value (<$300K), and lower-college-attainment households.

Category Descriptions:
• Best Counties – The strongest fit. Combine affordability, working-class populations, and strong lead availability.
• Good Counties – Still excellent markets. Slightly smaller or fewer leads, but highly worthwhile.
• Okay Counties – Also solid areas. Often more rural or less populated, but still good to work in.

Note: All counties listed are good markets. The categories are only to help prioritize focus areas.
