This group of extremely dedicated commanders will help out any commanders who have ventured too far and run out of fuel, or just don't have enough to get to a refueling location. If you forgot your fuel scoop, or if there aren't any stations nearby, the fuel rats can get you out of a jam, wherever you are in the galaxy.
