VA Department of Historic Resources - if a property owner has an historic preservation/conservation easement on their property held by the Board of Historic Resources, they will need to seek review and receive approval before conducting any work. An inquiry will receive a response within 30 days of receipt. The contact for property owners is Megan Melinat, Easement Program Architect, (804) 482-6455, Megan.Melinat@dhr.virginia.gov.
