HOW TO SAVE THIS CALENDAR TO YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE

Click File > Make a Copy

You will be asked to rename your calendar, and then click "ok" to add to your Google Drive

Once your calendar is added to your Drive, you are ready to start using it!

Access your spreadsheet on the first day of each month (set a calendar reminder!)

Record your analytics in the column for the PREVIOUS month

For example: On Sept. 1, record stats in your August column for August 1-September 1

To note: All formulas are pre-calculated! Some rows may look incorrect (ie: #DIV/0! or #REF) but that simply means that the final number cannot yet be calculated, becasue the data contributing to the formula has not been entered yet! As you fill in month by month, your formulas will populate.

NEW YEAR, NEW SHEET

To start a new sheet for the new year, right click on the tab (at the bottom of the spreadsheet), and select "duplicate". Then, rename the tab to the current year by double clicking and typing in the tab.

Make sure to keep your yearly analytics on one spreadsheet so you can tab between years if need be!

ADDING ADDITIONAL ROWS

If you wish to add additional rows, simply insert them by right-clicking on the number down the left-hand side of the page. You can insert a row above or below an existing one. Be mindful that when adding a new row, you will also need to enter a formula! Double click on any cell to see it's formula, and then replicate that formula for your new row.

TWO MONTHS HAVE BEEN FILLED WITH PLACEHOLDER STATS!

Typing in the boxes over the current text will replace it. If you prefer, you can also "clear" the text (make sure not to delete the rows!)
