After reading the troubleshooting comments, I downloaded Terminal Emulator. I tried the "pm set-install-location 2" command, but it just said "killed" and checking with "pm get-install-location", (still) gave me "0" (auto) as a result, which I apparently am not allowed to change (I tried setting it to "1", but also got "killed" and it was still set to "0" afterwards).
