DukeYYYILS (Aleph) with home-grown software for connections to coursewareSakai We're actively seeking an integrated reserve software product. Must have a way to integrate course and registration info.
Need to be able to add temp locations and item types.
Need to be able to 'roll over' courses so data does not need to be recreated.
- Duke will at some level be supporting reserves at our Chinese campus.

LehighYYYWe use VuFind for discovery. Item records have Temp Item Type and Item location to facilitiate circulation. Ereserves are posted directly to CourseSiteWe are open to a more robust solution but happy with VuFind discovery. ILS integration could be improved

University of ChicagoYYnot currently - but thinking about We use ARES. Ares interfaces with OLE through custom code written by Atlas. We need temp item type and temp item location assigned and removed by ARES. We also need to be able to assign a circulation status that prevents items needed for reserve from circulating (until staff can retrieve and process them for reserve.)CanvasDavid Larsen or Mike Paxton

CornellYYYAres. We need to set a temp location and temp item type to make the physical reserve itms circulate within Voyager.BlackboardWould love to have an integrated system that handled print and e reserves, could archive courses.Being able to import information from library holdings into a "course" efficiently would be ideal.
wendy's availability Daytime 9-4 EST wednesdays are tough

FLOYYYVoyager / Blacklight combo for print (EDS for discovery handles reserves poorly)Blackboard / Moodle / +Need new course reserves

Texas A&M YYY Ares/Voyager, We need to be able to assign temp locations and item types. Be able to add department, intructor, course, and section. This will allow students to search for course listing by any of these without putting the exact title search
Discontinue EReserves and push service through blackborard

Hildesheim, GermanyYYNprinted articles ILS (LBS4) with home-grown software to manage print-items. E-reserves are posted directly to moodle course siteWe would like to have a one-stop-shop for print- and e-content inside our moodle courseware. For print items there has to bee some kind of system to track the status of a request. Unclear whether this tracking should happen within FOLIO or in moodleFor faculty it would be best if they could handle all interactions with reserves in their familiar courseware environment. This, however, would require an API in FOLIO and matching plugins for the differnet courseware systems.

UMass AmherstYYyAleph (physical), Ares (digital)
Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas
Would love to have an integrated system
Ideally would connect/appear in CMS/LMS, where we know students already are, as opposed to coming to the library homepage.
