30	Philippines		Typhoon season runs from July to Dec. Therefore the best time for diving is from Mar to June where the sea is calm with good viz.
31			However, even during the typhoon season, great diving condition is also very common. Keep your eye on weather forecast.
32			North East Monsoon can also bring rough sea from Dec to Mar.
33			The diving season for Tubattaha is from mid Mar to mid June, use it as an yardstick.
34			Two big holidays for the local are Easter and Christmas. Public transport will be packed to the limit.													Christmas travelling starts from 15th Dec onward.
35			Advance reservation is recommended over Easter and Christmas.
