- Please sign up for 1 slot per weekend. If you want to sign up for the 2nd slot on the same day, please request it in the "comment" section in the form above. We can assign an additional slot if no other team is coming, on 2 days before your visiting day .
- The waivers should be submitted and verified by 6pm 2 days before your visiting day.
- Teams with fewer visiting hours have higher priority.
- Please email records@teamcodeorange.com if you make last minute changes to your arrival time or need to cancel.
- The visiting teams can't update the calendar below. A slot will be assigned after we receive all members' waivers.

FIELD REQUIREMENTS
- Please don't park in the EV parking spots, which are only for Applied Medical employees.
- Please bring no more than 10 people per team inside the building
- Please Wear Team T-Shirts and bring safety goggles.
- Please bring your own game pieces (coral & algae). Please mark your team number on all of your game pieces with a Sharpie to avoid using game pieces from the home team or other visiting teams.
- Each team must be accompanied by either a mentor/team lead/parent who is responsible for communication and making sure the team adheres to the field requirements.
- Please don't bring food and drinks into the field.
- Please keep the field clean by taking away your team's trash.
