- At least 95,000 Btu/hr including new actuator valve c/w necessary fittings & jacketing work for controls, one unit of digital thermostat, and new secondary water tray c/w insulation at L3 Tissue Culture room

At least 75,600 Btu/hr including new actuator valve c/w necessary fittings & jacketing work for controls ,one unit of digital thermostat, and new secondary water tray c/w insulation at Level 3 and 5 lobby

3Supply labours and tools for dismantling existing 3 units of FCU, pipings, ducting and ceiling and disposal, including:
- Reconnections and modification of pre-insulated chilled water piping c/w PU jacketing works after connections and pressure testing to fit out for new installation of CHW FCU
- Ductwork reconnections to existing ducting and make good secure
- Layout new drainage pipings to nearest drain point c/w insulation applies		YES

4Electrical wiring work
- Supply labour and material to install new electrical accessories and equipment c/w control cable and testing for new FCU and actuator valve, including make good of dismantled ceiling with necessary touchup after end works		YES
