PENALTY: Time - Set-up & Tear Down

A penalty of five (5) points will be deducted for each 30 seconds or fraction thereof over the three (3) minutes.

Basic safety practices related to the skill performed must be followed.
A penalty of one (1) to 10 points will be deducted for safety violations. Judges may interrupt the demonstration for serious violations.

The competitor will not mention their name, school, city, or state. A penalty of 10 points will be deducted for failure to comply.
