The Scratch Cat/sprite goes missing off the stageTry resetting the location of the Scratch Cat. Under the "Motion" tab, pull out the "go to x:_ y:_" block and set both X and Y to 0. Then click the block. If this doesn't help, test to see if the Scratch Cat is 'showing'. Under the "Looks" tab, pull out the "show" block and click it. If Scratch Cat was hiding, this will tell the cat to show again.

Getting the Sprite to stay left or right facingUnder the "Motion" tab, pull out the "set rotation style___" block and set it to say "left-right". This should set the Sprite to stay left or right facing. You can test if it worked with the "point in direction -90/90" block.

During gallery walks (kids play test projects) directions will say to click flag but programmed it to launch a different way.

Trying to get the score to just add one or subtract one. Sometimes it will keep rapidly increasing or decreasing.I think this depends on the specific project and likely with how the project is coded. For example, say we have made a project where you gain points when one sprite touches another. A common code for this is:
