25 | Introduction to your SIP/ School Profile (appoximately 100 words) | Little Fort is a K-5 Elementary School with a diverse population that encompasses a total enrollment of 446. Our demographics include 4.3% White, 16.4% Black, 74.8% Hispanic and American Indian and More than two races totals 3.5%. Our other demographic information shows 68.6% Low Income, 42.4% Limited English Proficiency, 13.9% IEP, 2.9% Homeless, 10.8% Truancy and 94.3% Attendance. With that information in mind, Little Fort strives to bridge relationships with families and communities, works to enhance the life of the whole child and preparing children to be strong leaders in areas of academics and social emotional learning. | |||||||||||||||
