MCT sends 2 tour Directors to help our students practice and perform a musical in the time span of a week. To keep our production costs low, we need to provide housing for both Directors. Each Director must have a private bedroom (one person per room), with a door that closes, in clean, comfortable, and safe accommodation, complete with bedding & towels. Piano/Guitar Accompanist for Missoula Children's Theater PerformanceApril 29, brief meeting. May 1-4, afternoon rehearsals.The accompanist is needed beginning Wednesday through the end of the residency week, including performances on Saturday. It is necessary for the Tour Actor/Directors to work with the same accompanist at rehearsals and performances. The music is not difficult, but specific cues will be set. Someone who can read music and is comfortable with the task is very important. The accompanist should arrive before or after the audition session on Monday to meet the Tour Actor/Directors and pick up the score. A time will be scheduled for the Tour Actor/Directors and accompanist to briefly run through the music before their first rehearsal with the cast on Wednesday.

Lost & Found Wrangler2x/month throughout the year.Sort through and organize lost & found items. Items with names turn over to front office staff. Hang or sort items into provided bins. If able, push lost n found rack out to pickup every once in a while so families can look through the items. Quarterly: Bag up unclaimed items, school will organize pickup with Clothes for Kids.
