ADMIN STATUS FOR THIS MATCH

As for all my tournaments, I am not eligible to win. I will however fill in for no-shows for the players so we can minimize the "forfeit" wins and get actual play results.

GAME VERSION TO USE:

We are only using the base game for Field of Glory II Medieval (The Feudal North Battles) in order to let the largest amount of players the option to play

SEASON DETAILS:

1. There are six scheduled regular season rounds with pre-selected scenarios, each approximately 4 weeks long. (see schedule below)

2. Each round will consist of each player, playing one opponent in a mirrored match.

2a. Each match will be a mirrored battle in order to ensure each player has an equitable set of forces.

2a. There is a single player assigned to start each match (their names are in bold red), please use the password "gents" for all games.

2c. The assigned player to start the match should have the match up and ready by the start of the Round, you can absolutely set it up earlier though.

3. Round end dates are a hard stop. If the match is not over, you will need to report the percentages for each battle for each army. If the percentages are equal we will call that a draw.

4. Rounds can be played before the start date upon the agreement of both players, so you could technically finish the entire regular season within the first round.

4a. Opponents are not required though to start early, this must be something both players agree too.

4b. Matches started early still need to be finished by the end of the round that they were assigned..

NON-RESPONSIVE PLAYERS

1. All players are expected to keep in contact with their opponents and myself (or another admin) if something comes up.

2. If you find your opponent has not set up the match at the start date or if there has been more than 2 days of no contact/turn after the start, please reach out to them and myself, I will also reach out.

3. Players who no-shows and doesn't communicate either way will forfeit the match.

4. If your opponent has not set up the match within two full days of round start, notify me and you will either play another player whose opponent no-showed or me.

5. Two forfeits and you are out of the tournament and possibly not eligible for future tournaments by me depending on circumstances

WHAT IF REAL LIFE COMES UP?

Real life impacts everyone, you will not be punished for that. However, it is expected unless you are the one in the hospital that you should reach out to your opponents and myself, just to let us know you either have to stop for a few days or that you need to forfeit. If you do it this way, it won't count against you except as a loss. You are welcome to play in later rounds, and of course in later tournaments.

SCORING, RESULTS, AND REPORTING

1. Scoring is just a Win/Loss/Draw totals for the matches played. If there is a tie between end of season wins/losses scores, we will have a sudden death round (or rounds?)

2. After reporting the ladder game, post to the round announcement on the facebook post for that round so this can be updated. Once again, just who won each battle as in Player X with Teutonic Knights Beat Player Y. So I can determine which half of the two battles each win is.

3. There are going to be prizes, these have yet to be determined but should be posted soon.
