The Committee should comprise Leaseholders from across the Estate. Only Leaseholders may be Committee members.

All the Committee members joined the Committee because they volunteered to do so. They were elected and may subsequently have been re-elected in line with Clause 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 of the current Constitution that was posted to all Leaseholders and Tenants on 29 January 2020 and subsequently emailed.

Committee members may seek re-election according to the same clauses if they volunteer to do so.

Members co-opted after an AGM face election at the next AGM.
Many of the Committee members first joined this way, either through one of the 'Call for Volunteers' but more often through personal networking.

One, often two, Calls for Vounteers are held each year that also offer the opportunity for current Committee members to face election / re-election.

The attendance record at Committee meetings and at the EGM excludes attendance (and chairing) of meetings for Project Groups and with developers, contractors, consultants, lawyers and the Managing Agent, to name a few.

Agreed after the on-line Election Vote in October 2020 that the Officers should be elected at different times. Vice-Chair & Secretary re-elected October 2023 and Chair faces re-election March 2024.

There will be an election in the event that there are more people standing for re-election and election than there are places on the Committee

Volunteers to join the Committee, whether co-opted or as a result of a Call for Volunteers, will be interiewed by one or two Committee members.

If Committee members fail to attend three or more meetings, they may be de-selected

Committee members should join one or two Working Groups and take an active interest in the whole Estate, not just their own building and/or one particular subject.
