There's a place for everyone in 4-H!
4-H is run through volunteer-led clubs. These clubs are a safe place to explore new interests, learn through trial and error, and make new friends; all while having the support of a caring mentor. Each 4-H club meets at least 6 times a year. Different projects can be selected based on the interests of the youth involved. These projects are then completed within the club, and can be entered into the Washington County Fair held in April.

Small Livestock (Poultry, Rabbits, Other) Fair County ClubDuring the County Fair youth from grades, K-12 can show either a chicken, or rabbit at this show. 1st place winners receive a buckle and participants that place in the top 3 win premium money at the fair. Off Roading ClubThe Washington County 4-H Off-Roading Program is a youth development program designed to teach safe, responsible, and skilled off-road vehicle operation while building leadership, character, and life skills. Through monthly meetings, which will be held every third Thursday of the month, hands-on activities, trail rides, an overnight adventure camp, service projects, and leadership opportunities, members will learn much more than just how to drive a side-by-side.
