Organisations: * Hubspot: Include your deals in your weekly GTD review to not loose overview on the deals. * Gmail: Swear by the 2 minute rule when answering e-mails, if it takes longer, make a task. * LinkedIn/Xing: Know how to search easily to find leads/organisations Providers: * Go requests are sorted by prio (revenue, startdate, type of provider) * There is a clear distinction in task management between normal tasks and Provider CRM tasks | "GTD AT 50,000 FT: I am fullfilling my purpose (at Springest) * I trust my intuitive prioritizing all day long * My review time regularly takes me down constructive rabbit trails of creative thinking, decision-making, and idea generation. * I know how (and do) get myself totally back into control by myself, when I have slipped much longer than I am comfortable with. * I do a weekly review, every week * I have defined personal values and purposes on which I act in my daily work | no stress, zen Time has disappeared, most of the time.
