What justifies Uno's price, the "template" hardly exceeds the functionality of a simple WP site.

Why is Umbraco using a pricing model based on nodes, even Sitecore abandoned this model about 15 years ago.

Does the Umbraco organisation agrees that hosting in a single cloud is in fact no cloud (source: Microsoft Azure)

What are the plans (short/mid/long) term for the Australian office? Is it regional sales-focussed or potentially a home for a small dev team? Both?

We see a lot of sales folks being added to the team, what are the visions in this department? Selling more cloud? Selling more Uno? Attrack sitecore users/devs?

It seems that Umbraco is becoming more focuses on bigger clients, how can you still cater for the small (1 team) shops that are on a tight budget... but love the sofware and also want to use the commercial tools

How do you see the future of Forms? It seems like its not being prioritzed. Could it be possible to open the source to let community fix bugs? Even if it still would be a paid product?

Now that uno is out for a while, do you consider this as a success? How many customers are using Uno?

We still see bad bugs in new releases, test frameworks like Cypress were introduced to lessen this but almost no new tests are written. Have you considered slowing down releases and instead focus on stability and quality for a while? Seems especially important with a new major coming out.

I think it would help a lot of the community to understand how Umbraco LTD is structured, and how it makes it's money. There's an understanding that of course they need to charge for SOMETHING in order to remain profitable - they give away a lot

Is WP considered a competitor for Umbraco? If so, how will HQ provide an advantage over this? (Please don't say Uno)

Will membership in Umbraco support Google/FB/LinkedIn logins out of the box?

Since Uno is a controlled environment by HQ, where the clients can't modify the code, it is possible to do wordpress like plugins. Thinking plugins that do something on the frontend of the website, like a carousel, calendar and other things. Have you considered the option of doing an Uno App Store for widgets and stuff to be used on Uno sites?

Is there plans to have a more basic plan than starter in Umbraco Cloud? I have a small blog in Azure which comes to £10 a month and seems to hold its own thanks to cloudflare. Potentially you could host many apps cheaply in a big ASP and pass the savings onto us. Databases can be pooled together in an elastic pool to cut costs. Thanks!

Umbraco has gone from being a more passion project to a business, this has perhaps left behind some of the community that were there in the early days, do you think that a better balance can be found between the business model and the community model, or is it inevitable some of the community will feel disenfranchised?
