this is an athletic horse and a quiet rider.. now need to sit lightly down ( get out of half/seat) and work to keep arms elastic. Horse needs to lower the neck and "give " to the soft hand. some horses really epibond well to lunging in side reins. this is a cross training technique that could help with the training of this horse. Lunging in side reins should be started under the direction of a trainer/riding instructor but can often then be done after training by the owner/rider. it t can really help a horse come round to the connection. this horse needs this next in its development.. or some similar training to accept the bit.
