(3)If a player establishes a hard lock & there are at least 3 players in the game, during the clean up step of the same turn in which the lock started, the other players may vote the locking player out of the game. The locking player receives any points they had up to that point, plus points as if they had won and eliminated all other remaining players. The rest of the players continue the game from that point.
