Instructions and tips for filling out the Budget Template

Create a new copy of this template for you to edit.
Click "File", then "Make a copy".
Name your new copy with this format: "[Your full name] Access Grant Application".

There are 4 tabs at the bottom. These are the instructions and the budget (2 tabs in English and 2 in French).
You only need to complete 1 tab, "Budget Template", in your language of choice.

You are not required to use all the expense categories listed.
Please include estimated tax and gratuity as applicable into the totals. The Youth Harbour is not responsible for changes in pricing after the submission of this budget. The budget should take into account cost fluctuations for each category.
Any additional expenses that are not listed must be added where it says "Insert other expenses as needed".

Fill out Column E, "Budget Notes", with details of the expense. If possible, include a link to the service provider/expense listing.

Please use a formula to show the cost breakdown of multiple items within the same expense category.
For example, if you require a venue rental for 3 days and costs $110 per day, use the formula "=110*3" in Column C.
This will allow us to see how you calculated this amount.

Finally, submit your completed budget to us as part of your application! Download the file in .xlsx or .pdf format.
