Before you join...

No RefundsThere will be no refunds after we have ordered as the money would have already been used to order the goods!

No Backing OutsOnce you have claimed & paid, we will not allow you to backout unless you find a replacement

Missing Payments/Backing OutIf you miss any payments, your items will be put up for reclaims with no refund UNLESS you have contacted us (please consult us about changing your payment deadline if needed! we are understanding and can allow extensions as long as we have made an agreement)

ReclaimsIf we do not recieve your shipping form, on hold form or you have not contacted us if you missed a deadline after a maximum of 2 WEEKS then we will be putting your item(s) up for sale WITHOUT any refund. We give enough reminders through GCs, IG stories and tweets for deadlines so it is not our responsibility to keep reminding everyone for the deadlines or if you missed a deadline. It is the joiner's responsibility as well to keep up with the deadlines for the GOs they have joined of ours.

Submission of FormsWhen deadline has passed for the submission of shipping request AND on hold forms, forms will remain CLOSED until our next batch of shipments.
If you missed these submissions of forms and still want your items, we will be charging LATE FEES for each day from the deadline date until you contact us. It is NOT our responsibility to keep reminding everyone for DEADLINES.

If you DO NOT CONTACT US within the MAXIMUM of 2 WEEKS after the deadline for that GO for the submission of forms has passed, your items will go up for RECLAIMS without any refunds.

 Not Responsible After Mailing Out Once we have dropped off your package at the post office, we are not responsible to what happens after as it is out of our hands! we will ALWAYS pack the goods with lots of care and protection.

Supply FeeWe will be charging a small fee for supplies and adding it to the LAST payment! This is not a way for us to make income but to ONLY fund the supplies we buy to use to pack AND protect joiners' items.

Late FeesAfter the deadline, you will be charged late fees if you still want your items. $1.50 CAD per day will be added to your final payment fee until you contact us. You have a maximum of 2 weeks to contact us after the deadline.

Username ChangeIf you changed your username after you joined any of our GOs, it is YOUR responsibility to let us know + which GOs you have joined!

Writing @'sWhen shipping out your item(s), we will automatically be writing your @ on the package/envelope ! This helps us stay organized and know whose items have been packed. It is your responsibility to tell us if you are not alright with that and we will arrange a code word/symbol between the two parties to use instead.

TL:DR/Disclaimers1. Joiners will be given a couple days to a week to fill out a shipping request form OR on hold form for their on hand items (in order for us to know what to do with your items).
2. Joiners will have a maximum of 2 WEEKS to pay their outstanding payments to us (with late fees if pass deadline)
3. If we do not get any forms or DMs from you, we will assume you have abandoned your items and we will put them up for reclaims WITHOUT any refunds.
4. We will not be contacting anyone again to remind them as we message the groupchat and send emails regarding these once we ask for payments and forms,
5. It is the joiners responsibility to keep track of their payments and items.

why is the initial price for the goods in your GO more expensive than others?we combine the shipping from Korea to us with the first payment so that it'll help cover the shipping fee once we pay. any extras will be accounted to any customs fee & domestic shipping.

is pc sorting available?yes, always! unless stated otherwise. we only do unsealed GOs unless we make an exception.

how will you sort pcs?we sort by second form submission however we will try our best to accomodate everyone based on their lists and if the pulls allow it!

do you send address confirmation before shipping out?no, we don't as it takes a lot of time to do so for each joiner. so please, make sure the shipping information you put is written the way you want us to print it. if there are any missing info in your address, we will DM you about it. once we have shipped your item(s) off, it is out of our hands ! UNLESS it is an UNTRACKED MAIL then we will be sending address confirmations

what method of payments do you accept?we prefer you pay in Paypal F&F for first payment as we use Paypal to pay once we order. we also take e-transfer but we prefer you pay in e-transfer for any additional payments! as for currency, it will be stated (CAD or USD).

how will you stay in contact with your GO joiners?we always send emails regarding confirmation & payments. we also make groupchats on IG & TWT for joiners to stay updated. if you joined from FB, we will contact you personally. we also send updates through our TWT hashtag #hanyeolgoUP & through our IG stories.

how do you determine a joiner's domestic shipping fee?we determine it by weight & location through Canada Post ! at the moment, we are only shipping items out through them as there is no ChitChats facility in Winnipeg and we are more familiar with them. if you have joined more than one GO from us, we highly suggest for you to combine your items when we ship it out as shipping fees can get expensive.

which groups do you host group orders for?we mainly host for nct, exo, and skz ! we also do solo artists from those groups and sometimes we host a collective go from other groups as well.

what type of group orders do you usually hold?we usually hold group orders for bigger items such as albums, kits, photobooks, and season's greetings. we sometimes hold group orders for smaller merch. however, we will not always open a group order every time something is released from the groups we hold group orders for. we like to prioritize our bigger and ongoing gos first and since we are in school and have jobs, we think it is best for us to not hold too many gos at once !

which admin is in charge of doing what in gos?🌟 is in charge of handling the money for most gos and packing/shipping items out. 🍯 is in charge of communicating with joiners, sending emails/updates, and pickups. however, we both help each other out when the other person has more tasks to do !
