DISCLAIMER:
This spreadsheet is specifically meant as an on-line resource for Codename Entertainment COTLI players to learn about the game and crusaders they have or want to collect. Your mileage may vary as gear, EP, and idol count all impact play. Please remember to turn off filters before you leave. Also, refresh for some updates and see new sheets. By using this spreadsheet you agree to these terms.I have shared this freely and you are welcome to use it. If I find anyone abusing this spreadsheet I will deny access to it. This is a work in progress and ALL edits are at my discretion. ~ zodiPhDPart of playing the game is deciding who to use when and where based upon your crusaders' specifics, this is only meant as a learning tool.

Notes:This is a simple guide to learn how to Filter and perform keyword searches. If you already know how to do these things just choose one of the other tabs. (Descriptions at the bottom of this sheet.)Abilities may be affected by weekend buffs or gear: common, uncommon, rare or epic. Many of the entries were made off of my own crusaders at the time this spreadsheet was constructed and so only use for representing general concepts.Abilities on the lower bar (above the bench where the crusaders are) are in bold and this color: like Click-o-rama. Abilities in bold are sometimes given additional weekend buffs or affect formation.Events have this background color and when known, have a month or season after them, like: Emo’s New Moon Late OctoberAlso note: that each tag column has a color that approximates the COTLI tag color. See examples below.
6
7
Moving through the spreadsheet.1. Scroll right/left and up/down using the slide bars at the right side or bottom of the spreadsheet. 2. You may use the scroll button on your mouse to go up/down. 3. Use the arrows at the bottom right corner that will also scroll one row/column at a time.A list of tabs and their contents are at the bottom of this sheet.
8
9
FilteringPlace cursor in top row of the column you want to search. Click on the top right arrow to open the options. Create Temporary Filter View.
10
Check on / off what you want to see. Click "OK" at the bottom of the popup window and the filter will sort for those options you chose. Click "Select All" and "OK" to bring everything back to the original list.
11
12
Filtering ExampleLet's do a search to find out if there are any robots that are also goldfinders.
13
1. In the Species column, click the options arrow and select all categories with Robot in it. When there are a lot of options, it's easier to click "Clear" then use the right scroll bar to scroll down to the items you want and click them so a checkmark appears.
14
2. Next scroll right to the GoldFinder column, click the options arrow, and uncheck (click) "Blanks"
15
You should now see that RoboSanta is the only robot that is also a GoldFinder. Also note: that each tag column has a color that approximates the tag color. Example of what the spreadsheet will look like is below.

Notice that when there is a filter on a column the options arrow changes to a green funnel. That's the active filter icon.
24
25
SEARCHINGYou can also perform keyword or phrases search.
26
1. Simply press and hold the Ctrl key down while you next press the F key.
27
A dialog box will open on the top of the spreadsheet that says "Find in sheet"
28
2. Click in that box and type the word or phrase you're looking for.
29
When there's a positive find, it will be highlighted in green in the spreadsheet, and the arrow keys to the right will take you to the next item up or down.
30
Went live 11/25/16
31
Keyword Search ExampleLet's do a search for the tag "Elf". Type elf in the keyword dialog box; notice you don't have to enter. The example of what the first return looks like to the right.
32
If you don't see highlighted areas and the arrow keys don't work, then it wasn't found in the spreadsheet. Try again with another keyword, or see if a filter will help you find the item for which you're looking. Otherwise, it's not in here.
