If you break resistance, you specify a suggestion and a trigger condition, and the target will act on the suggestion when the condition is met. The suggestion cannot knowingly harm the target, and extreme suggestions can be resisted. This effect lasts until triggered, but only PCM targets may be affected by the minor slot version of Hypnotize at one time. If you reuse this with the maximum number of targets already affected, the effect immediately ends for the first of of those targets. Any effects that would dispel psionics also dispels this effect.
