How to use the Planner:
5
The 3 month planner provides week-by-week suggestions for how to organize your campaign. Feel free to customize the planner to suit your needs - changing the dates, team member responsibility and more.
6
Organizing your campaign team helps to identify the folks who will be the backbone of your campaign. For a 3 month campaign we suggest creating a team of up to 8 people.
7
In many campaigns, one individual may play multiple roles
8
The team members might be from local nonprofits, foundations, agencies, and companies.
9
Breaking the team members into discrete areas of responsibility helps them to focus on the tactical priorities for the campaign.
