I got a cursed pthumerian root dungeon here with fetid, rotted, and cursed. It has a +250 health from visceral attacks rune, seemingly nothing on level 2, and an uncanny Holy Blade on level 3. Lots of bloodgems, but they're all cursed.

Keeper of the Old Lords is the second boss, you can buy the Bone Ash set with insight when you kill her(?).
It seems to be identical to the dungeon generated from "j94esxih" but it requires Central Pthumeru Chalice instead of Central Pthumeru Root Chalice.

Easy dungeons with Great One ColdBlood in the first pre-area. Uncanny stake driver in the 2nd pre-area. The final hallway has a Great Lake rune. First boss is an Undead Giant with cannon, 2nd boss is Beast-possessed soul, and final is Blood-starved beast.

I have found 10 or 11 fire papers and tons of Blood Vials (like 50+), Bullets and other stuff. So this one is nice for farming Fire Papers and Blood Vials.

There was also an area on layer two that I could not get to. There was visible loot and cross catwalk above that, but no obvious way to get there. I tried the side rooms and layers above and below and no secret walls to get there. There may be more loot to be found. It was an easy but profitable run.
