General things to remember:

1. Food must be prepared at RMDH (though limited prep work can be done beforehand). They have several stoves and ovens and a barbecue that you can use, as well as utensils, bowls, etc.

2. They like for us to serve dinner between 5:30 and 6:00.

3. I usually get a call from RMDH a week or so before confirming the number of people; expect around 40. Or you can call Courtney at 438-2655 before you go shopping and if you tell her why you're calling, she can give you a headcount.

4. We are responsible for preparation and presentation (usually some form of buffet style) – we do not stay to eat or clean up afterwards. However, dishes used in prep should be washed before you leave.

5. The Club can reimburse you for the first $30 you spend (per Rotarian; so 2 Members can get $30 apiece); anything you spend above that is on your own.

6. They get a lot of pasta already, so try to avoid it... at least, try to avoid just a 'normal' spaghetti dish.
