- This tool is a repository of links you will need for Spring Learning Month.
- This document is saved in your collaborative folder.
- Use this table to access links to agendas and pre-work. You should also add links to artifacts your team creates during sessions for easy access.
- Keep in mind that Core Content sessions will lead to a discrete deliverable that will be added to your Project Charter. Deliverables from each session will also inform the drafting of a short-term strategic plan, which will occur during Improvement Retreat.
- Capture next steps after each session to stay aligned on where you will pick up during Improvement Team Retreat and beyond.

Data for Progress Monitoring Towards the AimCreate a brief Measurement Process Planning deck. This is a 2-5 slide deck summarizing how you are monitoring progress toward your Aim over time, how you are disaggregating data to understand the impact on our target population, and what process measures you are tracking (ok if these are not yet solid, but please provide a glimpse/summary of where you are). You will refer to your CMO’s deck during the Data session. The team will add additional slides to the Measurement Process Planning deck articulating next steps in progress monitoring toward Aims. <Add link to deck>

Improvement RetreatBring or develop a strategic planning tools to support Improvement Teams in capturing a plan to scale and spread improvement efforts for the next 6 months (see IT Retreat Guidelines).

Review and bring network- (or school-) wide strategic plans and come prepared to plan how the improvement effort will be (further) incorporated into that strategy.

We can provide a rudimentary template to work in, if needed. However, the goal is to ensure the strategy to expand and sustain your improvement effort lives within the CMO’s strategic plan.
