Transportation Authority Board approval of a 5-Year Prioritization Program (5YPP) is a prerequisite for allocation of Prop L funds from the 28 Expenditure Plan programs. The 5YPPs are intended to provide transparency in how sponsors prioritize projects for Prop L funding, to establish a pipeline of projects that are ready to advance as soon as Prop L and other funds are available, and to encourage coordination across Prop L programs.
