How to read this assessment

Each hazard below is scored for Likelihood (L) and Severity (S) on a 1-5 scale, multiplied to give a Risk Rating. Ratings of 1-5 are Low (green), 6-11 are Medium (amber), and 12-25 are High (red). Where the rating remains Medium or High after existing controls, the 'Further action required' column sets out what still needs to happen before or during the event, and who owns it.
