The Program Revenue Workbook will guide you through the process of projecting
your revenue and populating your full operational budget for up to 3 years.

Before starting work on this form, make sure you know:
- your annual expenses, from Program Expense Workbook
- enrollment targets, from Program Parameters
- tuition costs, from Tuition Calculator

WorksheetThe worksheet will calculate all identified income or revenue streams, and use that information plus your annual expenses to create Operational Budgets for the next 3 years. For the purposes of this worksheet, default enrollment is assumed to be 100%. Annual and weekly totals will calcuate automatically.

Start Up RevenueStart Up Revenue includes any revenue acquired before opening or expanding your child care business.

Annualized RevenueAnnualized Revenue is for the total annual revenue from the identified source.

Weekly RevenueWeekly Revenue is for the average weekly revenue from the identified source.

Operational Budget SheetsThese sheets will automatically fill once the Worksheet - Revenue sheet is completed. If you calculate some months of your typical annual expenses as a start up expense as part of your business plan, be sure to remove those cells/months from your first Operational Budget Sheet.

Annual Inflation RateOn each "Operational Budget" Sheet, you'll find an open cell to add the Annual Inflation Rate. This will automatically update the annualized and monthly expenses, which will update the rest of your sheet. Please input the number as a decimal - 1% increase would be .001
