5 Steps to Your Budget

Step 1: Following the examples, fill in the white boxes (cells) with expense details for your project. Enter the costs you want the PAC to pay for in the column marked "PAC Grant Request."

Step 2: Grey cells in columns have formulas to help you. Do not delete them. The numbers you enter in the white cells should produce the correct numbers in the corresponding grey cells. If a figure in a grey cell doesn't look correct, click it to see what white cells are feeding the formula (e.g. F9-G9). Correct those white cells.

Step 3: Erase the examples in the white cells. When you do, the linked grey cells will empty and related calculations will reduce by the corresponding amounts.
